What is the best way to submit my application?

If you are apply to a job advertised, please reply to the email at the bottom of the application. Otherwise please email your application directly to [email protected] and include your resume and cover letter and your contact information so we can get in contact with you.

What format and how big should the annexes be?

Our system accepts annexes in formats DOC, JPG, GIF, PDF or PNG, up to a maximum size of 7 MB.

When can I expect an answer to my application?

Once your application has reached us, we do not keep you waiting long. We treat all applications in the strictest confidence and with the greatest respect. If your application corresponds to the requirements of the job advertised, we will invite you to our selection process. This varies according to the post being filled. 
However, since we also pass on interesting applications internally, it can sometimes last up to 4 weeks before we can give you feedback. 

How can I tell whether the job offered is still available?

All job offers are updated every day, and we always de-activate them as soon as the position in question is filled.

What’s the selection process like?

The selection process varies according to the position advertised; for example, it includes a telephone interview, interviews, an Assessment Centre, tests or a practical day.

Are there time limits for applications?

No. You can apply to us 365 days a year. We look forward to your documents!

Who do I send the application to?

If no-one is mentioned in the job description, it is not necessary to name a contact person in your application.
