Fleet Administrator – Sydney

Redspot Car Rental’s is currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Reception/Fleet Administration Support person to work at the Sydney Head Office location.

The Fleet Department is fast paced and you will need to be able to work without supervision and be able to multi task.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Preparing and completing weekly and monthly reports for Senior Management
  • Ordering and distributing ETAG’s for all rental vehicles
  • Ordering and distribution of all stationery
  • Re- registering vehicles and updating internal computer system
  • Assist with the dropping off and picking up of vehicles from repairers and Dealerships.
  • Basic data entry/Word and Excel skills
  • General filing
  • Reception duties

You will need to have a current NSW drivers licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
