Today’s car rental industry has come along way since the days that humorous Seinfeld episode where they mistakenly misplace his rental car. Car rental management systems have advanced to the point where its almost impossible to get overbooked. But I must admit this episode of Seinfeld is one of my favorites not just because its awesomely funny, but the sheer shock of the rental rep when Jerry elects the damage cover and the reason for it.
