SPOTTO with Redspot Car Rentals – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is Redspot Franchising Pty Ltd (ABN 13 164 739 708) (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter, radio station partners, content partners, promotional vehicle suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entry is void where prohibited by law.
Competition Period
The SPOTTO with Redspot promotion will run for five (5) promotional days.
Contesting will take place on air between 8:00am and 9:00am on nominated broadcast dates.
Exact dates are subject to confirmation by the Promoter and the radio station.
How to Enter
Listeners must call the nominated station phone number live on air after spotting the Redspot-branded vehicle.
To win, callers must correctly identify the Redspot vehicle and the general area in which it was spotted, as determined by the Promoter and the radio station.
Limit one (1) prize per person for the duration of the promotion.
Prize Details
Prizes consist of Redspot Car Rentals vouchers valued up to $1,000.
A total of five (5) $1,000 rental vouchers will be awarded across the promotion.
Additional $250 Redspot vouchers may be awarded to callers at the Promoter’s discretion.
Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability.
Winner Determination
The first eligible caller who correctly identifies the Redspot vehicle and its location during the contesting period will be declared the winner.
All decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
Rental Voucher Conditions
Rental vouchers cover vehicle rental time and kilometre charges only, plus mandatory taxes, at standard rental rates applicable at the time of booking on the Super Waiver rate.
Vouchers must be used within 12 months of issue.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
All rentals are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
Blackout Periods
All prizes are subject to blackout periods. Rental vouchers cannot be redeemed during the following dates:
22 December 2025 – 4 January 2026
27 June 2026 – 12 July 2026
Additional blackout dates may apply and will be advised at the time of booking.
Rental Requirements
To redeem a rental prize, the winner must:
Meet minimum age requirements for the selected vehicle category
Hold a valid driver’s licence
Provide a valid credit card in their name
Pay any required rental bond at the time of booking or vehicle collection
Vehicle collection and return must occur during business hours at the same participating corporate Redspot Car Rentals location within Australia.
Winner Responsibilities
The driver is responsible for fuel, tolls, parking and speeding fines, and any other running costs.
In the event of an accident, the driver is responsible for vehicle damage, third-party damage, towing, and administration fees, in accordance with the Redspot rental agreement.
Publicity
By entering, winners consent to the use of their name, suburb, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the promotion, without further compensation.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
