1. The name on the credit card used to make payment online must be the same as the drivers name and be presented upon collection.
2. RSR reserves the right to charge an amendment fee of $33 for changes made by calling Reservations.
3. Any change made to a booking will be recalculated based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made. This may be greater or lesser than the price originally booked. This applies to changes made to:
- Pick Up Location
- Drop off location
- Pick up date and time
- Drop off time and date
- Car group
- Drivers Name
- Rate package
4. The credit card used to make payment must be the same as the charges for amendments.
5. A cancellation fee of $110 will apply to all rentals cancelled within 7 days of collection, should the value of the booking be less than $110 there will be no refund.
6. A cancellation fee of $33 will be charged to all rentals cancelled outside of 7 days of collection.
7. If you have purchased the cancellation and amendment option then you may change or cancel your booking with up to 24 hours’ notice and pay no cancellation or amendment fee (any changes are subject to availability).
- The cancellation and amendment option does not cover costs associated that may arise to any changes to the booking (refer points 3 a to f)
8. When collecting your vehicle if you wish to make any changes such as the size of the car or increase rental days, you may do so subject to availability. Payment for any of these additional charges will be required at the time of collection.
9. There are no refunds for no-shows or non-collection of vehicle.
10. There are no refunds on early return (unused days).
