Roadside Assistance:

All of Redspot Car Rentals vehicles are an average age of 6 months and are well maintained and serviced regularly. However, if the worst were to happen and you experienced a mechanical fault to your hire car, all of our Redspot Car Rental vehicles are covered by 24 hour roadside assistance. If the vehicle fault was not caused by the hirer (e.g. locked keys in car) there will be no cost incurred. Redspot Car Rentals also offers a small daily fee for a premium roadside assistance package that covers all those times where you accidentally leave the lights on or lock the keys in the car. Vehicle Collection/Return Instructions

Sydney Airport comprises of multiple terminals with domestic and International operating in different sectors, not within walking distance. Please make sure you are aware of your arrival and departure location in order to collect and return the rental vehicle.

International Terminal:

Terminal 1
Redspot customers arriving off international flights to Terminal 1 can make their way to our office in the arrivals hall after exiting the customs gates. Our friendly staff will complete your paperwork and give you directions to your vehicle, which is located a short walk from the terminal building.

Returning to International is simple. Simply follow the traffic signs to the international terminal, then subsequently the signs to the ‘Car Rental’ return. Once you enter the car rental return area at international, park your vehicle in a designated Redspot signed bay. Once ready, return your vehicle car keys to our counter inside the terminal.

Domestic Terminal:

Terminal 2
All Redspot customers at the Domestic Terminal will be serviced at Terminal 2. If you arrived via Terminal 2 please proceed towards the carousel arrivals area in Jetstar in Terminal 2 to find the Redspot counter on the ground floor.
Terminal 3
If you arrived via Terminal 3, please exit the terminal and turn right, and walk for approximately 5 minutes following the signs to Terminal 2, where the Redspot counter is located inside.
Once the paperwork is completed, our friendly staff will direct you to our courtesy shuttle which will take you to your rental vehicle at our parking lot. The shuttle service to our parking lot at our Redspot Mascot depot at 7 Coleman Street, Mascot, NSW, 2020 is approximately a 7-10 minute drive.

Customers departing from Sydney Domestic Airport will be required to return there vehicle to our nearby depot at 7 Coleman Street, Mascot. There is a complimentary Redspot shuttle bus that will return you back to either terminal 2 or 3 at the domestic terminal. Note: the shuttle runs every 20mins so please leave enough time.

After-Hours Return:

After hours key return drop box are available at our counter at terminal 1 for International departing customers. Customers returning afterhours and departing on a domestic airline will need to return there vehicle to 7 Coleman Street, Mascot, and drop the key in the drop box located on the building. Shuttle buses do not run past operating hours, so customers will be required to find there own way back to the terminal. Walking from 7 Coleman Street to domestic is a 17min walk.

Toll Roads:

Toll roads can be found all around Australia and Sydney is no exception. There are various toll roads throughout Sydney and its surrounding areas. When you arrive at the counter for collection, you’ll be asked if you would like to pre-purchase a toll pass waiver for a small daily fee.
