Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Redspot Head Office Pty Ltd (“Redspot”), ABN 60 607 643 416, of 7 Coleman Street Mascot NSW 2020 Australia.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on 22/06/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 18/08/2026 (“Competition Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 21 years or over.
Employees of Redspot Car Rentals, Melbourne Storm, their immediate families, associated agencies, and anyone directly involved in the administration of this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit the competition entry form during the Competition Period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be deemed invalid. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize Details

There are fifteen (15) prizes available to be won.

Each prize consists of:

• Two (2) General Admission tickets to a selected Melbourne Storm home game.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Half-Time Entertainment Draw

The fifteen (15) winners of the General Admission tickets will automatically be entered into a secondary draw.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the fifteen double ticket winners to participate in a Melbourne Storm half-time entertainment activity, subject to Melbourne Storm’s approval, availability, venue requirements, and any conditions imposed by Melbourne Storm.

Participation in the half-time activity is subject to all venue, event, and Melbourne Storm policies. If the selected winner is unable or unwilling to participate, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be drawn at random on 3 days prior to the specific game day at Redspot Car Rentals Head Office.

The draw will be conducted electronically or by another random selection method determined by Redspot.

The first fifteen (15) valid entries drawn will each receive a prize.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form within five (3) business days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted within two(2) days from game day, Redspot reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the competition, including the use of their first name, image, suburb, and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Redspot’s Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants consent to Redspot collecting and using their personal information for:

• Administering the competition;
• Contacting winners;
• Providing marketing communications from Redspot, where consent has been provided.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. General Conditions

Redspot reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond Redspot’s reasonable control, Redspot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Redspot and Melbourne Storm exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

13. Melbourne Storm Disclaimer

This promotion is conducted by Redspot Car Rentals. Melbourne Storm is not the promoter of this competition and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, winner selection, or prize fulfilment, except where participation in the half-time activity is concerned.

Melbourne Storm reserves the right to alter, cancel, or substitute the half-time entertainment component if required for operational, safety, or event-related reasons.
