If a renter uses a toll road, they will be charged the actual toll plus a Redspot administration fee of $3.36 including GST per toll. Toll Pass Waiver is an optional daily fee that provides unlimited toll use at a set daily price.

Most Redspot vehicles include unlimited kilometres. Daily limits may apply at some regional locations, including Darwin and Port Macquarie, and to certain commercial vehicles. Travel above the included limit is charged at a per-kilometre rate.

Prepaid bookings can be changed up to two hours before collection and cancelled for a full refund at least three days beforehand. Late cancellations, no-shows and unused rental days may incur fees or be non-refundable.
