First-time local renter policyEvery Redspot rental includes a standard damage liability amount. If the vehicle is damaged, the renter may be required to pay up to this amount, regardless of fault. Prepaid bookings can be changed up to two hours before collection and cancelled for a full refund at least three days beforehand. Late cancellations, no-shows and unused rental days may incur fees or be non-refundable.
